Analytics Overview

Goal

Open the Analytics / Reports area to review reporting and analytics for your organization.

Before you start

• Prerequisites: A signed-in account in the organization whose data you want to review.
• Required role/permission: Access to analytics/reports depends on your role; Viewers can typically read reports but not configure them.
• Settings that affect behavior:
  • Active organization — analytics are scoped to the selected organization.
  • Available data sources — reports reflect the runtimes/devices/data actually reporting in; an organization with no active runtimes shows little data.
  • Licensing — some analytics/reporting features may be license-gated (see Licensing).

Steps

1. Open Analytics at /portal/analytics.
2. Review the available dashboards/metrics.
3. Open Reports at /portal/general/reports for organization-level reports.
4. Filter or select the time range / scope as offered by the page.
