Authenticate against the logiccloud portal so you can access your organization’s projects, devices, runtimes, and licensing. Sign-in is handled by Keycloak: the portal redirects to the Keycloak login page and back once a session is established.

  • Prerequisites: A valid logiccloud account (email + password) belonging to at least one organization, plus the portal URL for your environment.
  • Required role/permission: Any role can sign in. The role attached to your account (Admin, Editor, Viewer, …) determines what you can do after sign-in, not whether you can sign in — see Viewer (read-only) overview.
  • Settings that affect behavior:
    • Identity provider / SSO — if your organization has an external IdP configured in Keycloak, the password form may be replaced by a “Continue with <provider>” button.
    • Multi-factor authentication (MFA) — if enabled on the realm, you are prompted for a second factor after the password step.
    • Session lifetime — the Keycloak realm’s access- and refresh-token lifetimes govern how long the session stays valid; this drives the silent refresh described in Session refresh.
  1. Open the portal URL for your environment. With no active session, the portal redirects you to the Keycloak login page.
  2. Enter your email and password (or choose your SSO provider if one is configured).
  3. Complete any MFA challenge if your realm requires it.
  4. On success, Keycloak redirects back to the portal and you land on /portal/overview.
  1. Open the logiccloud portal and sign in
